Policies

New Clients: 

New clients are required to complete the Confidential Health History Form sent by email 24 hours prior to your appointment. 

Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling: 

Glow Facial Studio requires a minimum 24 hour notice when cancelling your appointment. Because your treatment time is reserved just for you, we appreciate you cancelling or rescheduling your designated appointment as far in advance as possible. Day of service cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service charge. No shows will be charged 100% of the service charge. 

To respect the time of our clients and esthetician, appointment times begin promptly at your designated treatment time and to be completed within the appointment time frame. If you choose to cancel your appointment due to running late, a cancellation fee will apply.

Guests and Children:

For the safety of your children, Glow Facial Studio does not permit children in studio. Also, due to the nature of Glow Facial Studio, guests are not permitted.

Refunds and Returns: 

Unopened skincare products can be returned within 15 days of purchase.

All service and packages sales are final and no refunds will be given.
