How do I schedule an appointment?

All appointments are scheduled online here. If you have any issues or concerns please email us at glowfacialstudio@gmail.com.

How do I prepare for my appointment?

For all treatments, 4-5 days prior refrain from using AHAs/BHAs (Salicylic, lactic, glycolic, mandelic acids, retinol (Retin A, Retinol, Retinaldehyde). Avoid sun exposure and wear SPF 30+.       

What product lines do you use?

Glow Facial Studio uses Skin Script, Glymed and Lira Clinical in our professional treatments. Glow Facial Studio is also currently working with a lab to create a house brand of clinical skin care products. Stay tuned for updates!

What is Glow Facial Studio's cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, we ask that you please give us at least 24 hours notice. 

Failure to give 24 hours notice may result in a 50% charge of your scheduled service. 

​Please note that if you're over 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service

What is your refund/ return policy?

Unopened skincare products can be returned within 15 days of purchase.

All service and packages sales are final and no refunds will be given.

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?

Due to the nature of the small studio, we ask that you please arrive alone.
